Part 107 Rule Tracker

FAA rules evolve — Remote ID, operations over people, and the pending Part 108 BVLOS framework. We version the question bank, date-stamp every citation, and publish changes here. Current bank version: 2026.06.1.

Part 108 would shift BVLOS compliance from the individual pilot to the operating organization. Final rule pending. Our Part 108 Readiness Brief track is marked PROPOSED / NPRM-based until the rule publishes; the training-records schema is already built so content can land day-one.
